PARROT NEST HAS IMPLEMENTED ENHANCED CLEANING PROCEDURES OF ALL HIGH TOUCH SURFACES IN COMMON SPACES AS WELL AS CLEANING AND DISCINFECTING CABINS BEFORE GUEST ARRIVAL.

SHOULD YOU DEVELOP SIMPTOMS OF COVID 19 WHILE AT PARROT NEST PLEASE BE SURE TO REACH OUT TO US FOR ASSISTANCE. WE HAVE A RESPONSE PLAN IN PLACE TO ASSIST YOU SHOULD YOU NEED IT.

AS OF JANUARY 26TH THE U.S.A WILL REQUIRE A NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST TO RE ENTER THE COUNTRY. IF YOU SHOULD REQUIRE A TEST WHEN STAYING AT PARROT NEST LODGE THERE ARE NOW SEVERAL OPTIONS PUT IN PLACE INCLUDING A CONCIERGE SERVICE WHERE THEY COME TO THE LODGE, IT TAKES HALF AN HOUR.

WE MENTION COMMUNICATION VIA WHATSAPP AS A WAY TO COMMUNICATE REMOTELY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE WHATSAPP AND DO NOT WISH TO DOWNLOAD THAT APP PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR PREFERENCE FOR COMMUNICATION VIA WIFI AND YOUR PHONE NUMBER FOR TEXTING.

SOME SIGNS AND SIMPTOMS OF COVID-19 ARE:

FEVER - SHORTNESS OF BREATH/DIFFICULTY BREATHING - COUGH - CHILLS - SHAKING WITH CHILLS -

LOSS OF TASTE AND OR SMELL - SORE THROAT - MUSCLE PAIN OR HEADACHES.

In the case that you should develop a fever or signs of Covid-19 while staying at Parrot Nest, please be sure to update your health app that you downloaded prior to your trip so that you can be advised directly on what your next step is. Please do not leave your cabin until you are cleared by a health official, wear a mask and sanitize your hands frequently. An emergency kit can be provided to you with an KN95 mask, gloves, sanitizer & tissues if you do not have them in your travel supply.

Should you need to quarantine for 14 days, we will provide you with meals in your room and a separtate room for those travelling with you if needed. Please communicate your needs via whatsapp, we are here to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. All added quarantine stays will be billed at the going room rate you are booked at, any additional cabins your group request to isolate will be billed at the going rate of that cabin.

Should your health deteriorate and you need to be transported to a hospital, we will assist in calling the local health clinic to arrange an ambulance. We are available on whatsapp 24/7 if needed.

Always update your Health app during your travels and follow their suggestions and advice. We will be checking in with you frequently throughout the day/s.
