History

KO-OX HAN-NAH (LETS GO EAT) originally known as "Hanna's Restaurant", was opened under current management in late 2002. From the beginning our philosophy has been to use, wherever possible, the freshest locally produced products as possible.

On our farm ion nearby Calla Creek we raise our own lamb,pork,(soon chicken) trying to ensure consistent quality. Other meats are purchased from quality conscious local farmers.We also do our own butchering and meat processing.

We pasteurize milkproduced by a neighbour and make our own yogurt, feta cheese and bottled whole milk. Many other items such as the saalad dressings, curry sauces are our own recipes.

Recently we have begun to offer for sale our meats, dairy produce, shrimp, fish and other products served in the restaurant, for home use. Many upscale resorts, restaurants and family's are using them in their Kitchens.

We try to offer a great eating experience. If we are not meeting your expactations please let us know. We will be sure to correct our mistakes.
